Plas-y-Nant Halt

A stop on the Welsh Highland Railway.

On 15 May 2005 the newly restored Plas-y-Nant Halt on the Welsh Highland Railway opened for passengers (click here for pictures of the opening or read more here >).   Located right across the road from the gates of Plas-y-Nant, it provides guests with a unique opportunity to travel south to Rhyd-Ddu, or north to Waenfawr and Caernarfon by narrow gauge railway.

To see details of train times, engine types etc, see the current timetable
