Group Packages

We offer a range of flexible group packages to suit all budgets.

The easiest thing to do is to call us on 01286 650227 or e-mail us on mail@plasynant.com. We can then discuss your requirements in detail.

In general we

  • Charge per room for guests in our 14 bedrooms. We offer a reduction of 10% if you block book 10 or more rooms.  If you do book 10 or more rooms you have the hotel to yourselves for your reception.
  • Make a small charge to use The Old Chapel and our main rooms in the House
  • Offer a wide range of catering.   Guests with special dietary requirements can be readily accommodated – please just give us at least 24 hours notice.
  • Offer a variety of arrangements for providing drinks, including cash bar, an open bar, or an open bar up to a limit you set, after which we change to a cash bar. We can order in casks of real ale on request.

We have rooms in the main house - including a large lounge and a quieter drawing room - suitable for many activities -from chilling out to group activities.

The Old Chapel offers 10m x 6m area able to be arranged theatre style (capacity approx 50) or cabaret style (capacity 6-8 tables of 8)

We can provide flexible catering for your group in either formal or informal styles - and with food ranging from basic home cooking to sophisticated "Cordon Bleu"

Plas-y-Nant caters for parties of all types

Plas-y-Nant can cater for parties of up to 50 people - Hen and Stag Parties, youth groups, keen walkers - whatever your group we provide a memorable break from everyday life
