Directions from Plas-y-Nant to the Carneddau area.

  • Drive south on the A4085 to Beddgelert.
  • Bear left along the A498 to Capel Curig and choose your parking spot to access Moel Siabod
  • Alternatively bear left along the A498 to Nant Gwynant and choose your parking spot to access Cnicht.
  • Alternatively bear right left along the A498 and access Moelwyn Mawr, Moel-yr-hydd, Moel Drumman and the other peaks to the southern end of the Moelwyns from the A470 or some of the unclassified roads.
